People always ask me how I came up with my flavors. There is a story behind each cupcake and a child hood memory that brings a smile to my face. I hope my stories and cupcakes will give you lasting memories and many smiles.

Orange Creamsicle was one of my mom's favorite popsicle flavors. I remember as a kid grocery shopping with her and getting excited when she would add them to the cart. We would go home and sit on the back porch steps and eat creamsicle's together, mother and adoring son :)

We all love The great cookie that starts with the O. It will remain nameless so I don't get in trouble but I am sure you know what it is. Some of my fondest memories are watching Mutual of Omahas Wild Kingdom and Wonderful World of Disney, dunking this iconic cookie in a cold glass of milk. I love and cherish those memories.

I am sure we all have chocolate chip cookie stories. My mom used to make them for me, but this story is not about her. I will always love my mom's cooking and cookies but this story is a bout my 4th grade teacher Miss Peabody. She was the teacher that if you are on her good side, let you get away with anything. Turns out she was a relative of our good friends so my mom would have her babysit my new born sister. so since my sister was tiny in diapers we would go bake cookies and yes chocolate chip cookies. These are the days when you got to relax a bit in class and the teacher would read to us for a while. Shhh.. don't tell anyone but while I ate my cookies she would read ahead to me, so in class I kinda knew what was coming. so this cupcake is dedicated to her.

Who remembers those summer nights and campfires? The wind switching directions and the smoke getting in your eyes? Those are the fun filled summer nights of camping . Then my dad and his best friend Gary would break out the marshmallows graham crackers and chocolate bars, mmmm S'mores. chewy, gooey, finger licking yummy, fun. Candy, fire man what more could a kid want.

Well you had to get there, we used to stop at A&W in Oakdale and get burgers, fries and root beer floats on the way to the mountains. That was always a great pit stop for lunch. PBJ, apple, carrot sticks, cookies and a thermos with milk bangin' around inside your STAR WARS lunch box. Great days walking to school, day dreaming about when you get to eat the meal your mom packed you for lunch. The lid creaks open because the hinges are bent from lunch box wars. Your PBJ has dents in it from the thermos that broke

Strawberry or grape jelly does not matter that perfect concoction of creamy peanut butter and jelly is always a kids favorite. I still sneak a indite snack of PBJ from time to time.

Ok, this one does not have a heart felt story but come on its chocolate and toffee. If you love chocolate and the salty sweet taste of toffee this is a winner for you. I love chocolate and the crunch of the toffee so those of you who like Heath Bars will dig this cupcake. They say leave them wanting more, so thats what I am doing. Ill add more stories as my menu grows.
